Dr. Alex A. Giannini
Founder/CEO
Dr. Alex Giannini is a veteran real estate developer, capital strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, and asset management. Dr. Giannini has developed, owned, operated, and overseen a diversified real estate portfolio exceeding $150 million, encompassing ground‑up hospitality developments, luxury multifamily projects, office properties, and retail centers across multiple markets.
With deep expertise in site acquisition, capital structuring, and fund management, Dr. Giannini has personally raised over $1.5 billion in capital for commercial real estate developments and operating companies. Signature projects include national ground‑up development of four IHG‑branded hotels, a 351‑unit luxury apartment community, and numerous office and retail strip center developments. Dr. Giannini is known for aligning strategic vision with disciplined execution to maximize long‑term asset value.
Dr. Giannini’s real estate career began in the 1990s with residential acquisitions and value‑add repositioning, evolving into full‑time commercial development in 2005. Since then, Dr. Giannini has led projects across the full lifecycle—from land entitlement and due diligence to construction oversight, leasing, stabilization, and disposition. Experience spans hospitality, multifamily, medical office, retail, and mixed‑use assets, with a consistent focus on scalable growth and capital efficiency.
In addition to development, Dr. Giannini brings extensive experience partnering with institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices, structuring investments that balance risk, return, and operational excellence. This investor‑aligned approach has positioned Dr. Giannini as a trusted operator for complex, high‑value real estate projects nationwide.

Avi Weisfogel
Co-Founder
Avi Weisfogel was a clinical dentist who sold his practice at age 32. He spent the next few years pioneering a method for making sleep dentistry profitable and founding the International Academy of Sleep to teach others how succeed in sleep dentistry.
In response to the growth of corporate dentistry, he founded Journey Dental Group to bring dentists together to help make sure those who have spent their lives building successful practices get properly rewarded for creating that value.
Avi has been investing in real estate since 2011, and over the past four years, has helped over 150 dentists sell their real estate for well above market value. Just like selling a dental practice to a DSO is good but not great, selling a building to a REIT is also good, but not great.
Avi co-founded Integrion Realty to allow dentists to experience the most profit possible by offering them an opportunity to “become the REIT.” There is no better way to fully maximize the value of your building than to use the same strategy Private Equity has been using for years.
Shay Beaudoin
Co-Founder/Chief Compliance Officer/Associate General Counsel
Shay Beaudoin is a Co-Founder, Chief Compliance Officer, and Associate General Counsel of Integrion Realty Partners, where he helps oversee the company’s legal, compliance, and transaction-related initiatives.
As a member of the founding team, Shay plays an active role in structuring acquisitions, developing corporate governance frameworks, coordinating transaction execution, and supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives. He works closely with healthcare professionals, investors, lenders, and advisors to facilitate the acquisition and management of healthcare real estate assets nationwide.
In his role as Chief Compliance Officer, Shay is responsible for helping ensure that Integrion Realty Partners maintains strong governance standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management procedures as the platform expands. He also assists in the development and implementation of the company’s investment structures, operating agreements, partnership arrangements, and acquisition documentation.
Outside of Integrion Realty Partners, Shay practices law in Florida, advising businesses and real estate stakeholders on a variety of transactional, corporate, and real estate matters. His legal background provides valuable insight into the complex regulatory, contractual, and operational issues that arise throughout the real estate investment lifecycle.

Michael A. Clouser
Co-Founder, General Counsel
Michael A. Clouser is a co-Founder of Integrion Realty Partners, LLC where he leads the legal and compliance functions as General Counsel.
Michael started his legal career in Los Angeles as a transactional attorney for Latham & Watkins, a global law firm based in Los Angeles, California. His legal career spans over three decades where he has worked in private practice and as general counsel for Fortune 500 companies in the financial services industry. His main areas of focus include mergers & acquisitions and business transactions within various industry groups, including healthcare, financial services, real estate, and sports & entertainment.
Michael, along with his twin brother Mark, founded and built a successful sports agency practice where they have represented numerous National Football League players in contract negotiations with NFL teams as certified NFL player agents. Michael and Mark were recognized and quoted in the Wall Street Journal as one of the top NFL player agents for negotiating record setting deals on behalf of their NFL clients.
Mr. Clouser received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he graduated with highest honors and was selected to the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society for his academic achievement. Michael received a full academic scholarship to attend the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida where he served as Managing Editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
Licensed to practice law in Florida, California, Arizona and Pennsylvania, Mr. Clouser has earned professional designations as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP). Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University School of Law in Miami, Florida where he teaches Business Planning and Commercial Contract Drafting.
